The current version is LispWorks 6.1.1 Personal Edition. It includes the new features announced here.
Personal Edition Limitations
Please note that the LispWorks Personal Edition, distributed free of charge, has the following intentional limitations:
- There is a heap size limit which, if exceeded, causes the image to exit. A warning is provided when the limit is approached.
- There is a time limit of 5 hours for each session, after which LispWorks Personal exits, possibly without saving your work or performing cleanups such as removing temporary files. You are warned after 4 hours of use.
- The functions
save-image,deliver, andload-all-patchesare not available. - Initialization files are not loaded.
- Layered products that are part of LispWorks Professional and Enterprise Editions (CLIM, KnowledgeWorks, Common SQL and LispWorks ORB) are not included.

1) Sample word processor developed with Delphi plus WPTools.
The “WPCubed Wordprocessor Demo” is a simple word processor prototype which has been developed with WPTools. It shows the “Premium” features which are also available in our product TextDynamic and allows DocX loading and saving. Also included is the PDF export based on wPDF.
2) Reporting sample created with WPTools and WPReporter.
Our sample application “WPCubed Multidemo Calculus” utilizes wPDF and WPViewPDF.
Here you can download a sample application which highlights how the VCL products WPTools, wPDF, WPViewPDF and WPReporter can work together in one application. Especially the integrated reporting can be interesting since our tool offers a somewhat different approach than other reporting tools.
3) WPViewPDF/WPViewPDF PLUS demo component.
WPViewPDF is a powerful component which allows you to view and print PDF data. The data can be loaded from memory, file or stream. As “PLUS” edition it can be used to merge PDF files into a new, single file. You can extract PDF pages or delete pages. It is also possible to add vector and text graphic to PDF files (stamping).The WPViewPDF Version4 demo includes a VCL component, an ActiveX and a .NET assembly. Also included is a demo EXE which loads the PDF engine so you can examine the PDF rendering at once.
4) WPTools8 VCL trial component for Delphi.
Download a trial of our word processing component for your edition of Delphi. The WPTools 8 demo will run for 45 days, after that the library will show a message and will not print correctly anymore. To quickly check the capabilities you can also downloads the samples 1) and 2).
5) wPDF 4 VCL trial component for Delphi
wPDF is or PDF creator for Delphi and C++Builder. It can be used in combination with WPTools but also alone or attached to, various reporting components. In case you need a PDF NET solution or a PDF ActiveX please check out our product wPDFControl.
6) TextDynamic trial component.
TextDynamic7 – word processing, reporting and edit control for .NET (32 bit and 64 bit or “AnyCPU”) and as ActiveX or DLL to be used applications written in C++.
7) wPDFControl + wRTF2PDF TextDynamic Server Demo.
Our RTF to PDF and HTML to PDF converter RTF2PDF V3.x is usable in .NET and as ActiveX, also in ASP and ASP.NET.
Please note that RTF2PDF does much more than converting RTF to PDF, it also does mail merge, can create RTF and HTML text, can convert RTF to HTML or save each page in a document as an image file.
