How to use.GHO file on UEFI-GPT I'm trying to downgrade Windows 10 to Windows 8 but I only have.GHO file when my laptop is using UEFI. Any possible way to use.GHO file for my laptop? This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread.

What is a GHS file?

Segment of a disk image created with Norton Ghost that is spanned over several files; typically saved with other GHS file segments and a .GHO file, which contains the initial segment of the disk image.

In Symantec Ghost 6.5 and later, segment files use the naming convention 'name001.ghs,' 'name002.ghs,' 'name003.ghs,' etc.

NOTE: Norton Ghost was renamed as Ghost Solution Suite.

What is a GHO file?

A GHO file is a backup file created by Norton Ghost, a disk cloning and backup program. Asus x507ma review. It contains a 'snapshot' of a hard drive or other media device and saves data as an exact copy of the disk. GHO files are often used for creating full hard disk backups.
